At The Merchants, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
